Chuck Rohde has been a member of the Dupage County Bar Association since 1998 Charles A. Rohde is an attorney-at-law specializing in criminal and juvenile defense across a number of jurisdictions throughout the Chicagoland area, including: DuPage County, Cook County, Kane County and Will County.

As a founding partner of Cody, Mitacek & Rohde, from 1999 to 2006 Chuck Rohde has successfully defended hundreds of cases ranging from felonies (including, drug cases, felony DUIs, thefts and aggravated battery), misdemeanors including DUIs and juvenile cases. Chuck Rohde also handles neglect and abuse cases for juveniles.

A former DuPage County prosecutor from 1996-1999; Chuck Rohde was assigned to misdemeanor, juvenile and felony trial divisions; has litigated hundreds of bench trials and dozens of jury trials. In 1997 Chuck Rohde was named the 1997 Misdemeanor Prosecutor of the Year in DuPage County.
